This place is one of our all-time faves. The food is always made to order, comes out piping hot and it's delicious! The owners are very sweet and we are thrilled they've survived Covid! Please check it out as they can always use more business and you need to treat yourself to some excellent Chinese food!

It was about the closing time when i got there. I was not sure if I should go in to get some food since there were no other customers. Finally decided to get some takeout food. I really didn't know what get. So i asked the lady there for suggestions. She reccomend a fish dish and a lamb one. Both of them very really good. Portion sizes was also pretty decent for the price. I'd definitely recommend this place!
When I’m in the area, I always make it a point of going to First Emperor for my favorite dish: Crispy Shrimp with Pepper and Salt. Your entree usually comes with white rice and hot & sour soup. The server may look mean, but she is actually not. She’s probably your aunt or mom away from home and she’ll take care of you. She’s very attentive, serves/buses tables, and does everything else that’s not cooking. It may get busy in the lunch rush or dinner rush but be patient, and you’ll get great food!!
I get to eat here a lot since I work nearby. I must say their customer service is always fantastic and they keep the place clean regularly. Rates are reasonable and they serve big portions.
We found this place by driving around that area in Richardson where there are many other Chinese restaurants. We have gone twice at noon and both times we loved the food and service. They cook authentic food and seems to be run by an older couple with him cooking and her handling the front end. We had multiple dishes and they were all great. The only complaint is that they don't serve fried rice, only steamed rice. Other than that, we wouldn't change a thing. We're going back again soon.
