Shelly and his team deserve a 5 start Plus rating, he has been looking after myself and my family for more than 20 years. Thanks for again going extra mile for me with a quick repair on my glasses. Glasses with one arm was little disaster as I need to wear them to do anything - next day I was straight in to the shop and a fast (Covid Safe) fix. Thanks Shelly

I’ve used MANY opticians over the years but First Contact is without doubt the best. I feel very confident that they are well qualified & informed, take time to explain complex issues very well. I’ve never felt pressurised into purchasing glasses (like most opticians these days seem to do routinely \u200d️) and the service is efficient & very polite. 5* for me.
