I booked the First class cabin room and it’s very good! I can say here is the best hostel I’ve ever stayed in my life!! Clean, big room, facilities and location also very near to JR and subway station

The hotel is in a nice area of town and has very convenient train lines close-by with quick access around the city. The price isn't too bad compared to other capsule hotels that are a bit cheaper. The sauna is great though with close to 24-hour access and the rooms are a bit more up to date than other places with USB wall plugs and a nice flat screen TV on an adjustable arm. The beds are unfortunately punishingly firm though. If you're adverse to dust, be wary when they start resetting the rooms as it starts getting quite dusty. Like many other capsule hotels, these ones also suffer from poor air circulation. If you close the curtain to your room, the temperature will start to build up and get stuffy fairly quick. Keeping it open ensures the best airflow, but removes any notice of privacy or darkness you may have wanted. If you do need to close it, I'd recommend not closing it more than half-way. The breakfast buffet (700) was pretty tasty and healthy, but not very filling. (Feel free to make more than one plate though!) Coffee machine is basically a fancy instant coffee mixer. Hot drinks need an adjustment and come out too chalky. Cold drinks are alright with a lot of ice though. Probably can't recommend the juice press machine though as it's a bit pricey and you don't even get a full cup of juice. It is pretty neat to watch it juice though (see video below). The staff were also super helpful and friendly. Collectively, they are able to speak several languages as well with English being no problem for most of the staff. If I could improve one thing, it'd be nice it there were more couches and recliner chairs in the lounge area so people could relax outside of their capsule hotel.

First time staying at capsule hotel and it was great! Liked the high ceiling for business suites. The cube is very clean and nice. Female restroom is a highlight - really liked their dressing table - it comes with sink and all the beauty care gear and supply. Lobby is also good, they serve ok breakfast in the morning. The only issue is the poor sound insulation. The hotel requested no talking in the liv by area but still you’ll be disturbed when someone violates the requirement

This place is awesome. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The decor was class and trendy. It has a premium feel. The dining area doubled as a lounge place where people spend on their computers. There was no tea offered though. That would have been nice. I stayed in the first class cabin so not really a capsule feel. As an alternative to a hotel it was fun. There was room enough to open my suitcase in my room. The whole floor was too warm and although there was air conditioning in my cabin. I didn’t feel it cooled my cabin down. I was still comfortable and slept well. I liked the hot tub for bathing, my favourite thing about Japan. It has all that you need including razors. On my floor, there was a luggage rack to put my suitcase but I had enough space in my room. I found the staff friendly and helpful. They ask you to use their USB adapters which you’ll need to ask at reception for them. They are free. I preferred ramen for breakfast which were nearby.

A really clean, pleasant cabin hotel at a very good price. They are cheaper than many other cabin hotels in Tokyo but have a pretty big facility with large, well-maintained cabin capsules. Very well located right next to the subway. The staff are a true delight and very friendly and helpful.

I had a business class cabin. Overall, my stay was exceptional. I was there for 4 nights. Friendly staff and ultra clean facilities. I am a loud and clumsy person, so keeping quiet was a bit difficult. That is a personal problem though. Definitely recommend for any solo traveler. Cheers!
