I hate giving bad reviews. Im sorry to say but this place is not worth the money. SMALL portions (like fit-two-sides-in-your-palm, small) 26 for a combo plate (small) w onion rings/drink n 2 sides? The flavor was good, but how can you mess up bbq? Huge piece of fat w our meat (see photo). Cole slaw was creamy but vinegary. Bbq beans were very good w good flavor. And why no bun? That must be extra. Very disappointed
I love their food, however the reason for my not so good review is that... we are dealing with COVID, so If I come into your establishment with a mask. I would expect while making my food you also wear a mask!
Love fire water but counted 3 employees in food prep without masks on . Won’t be coming back for awhile
Great Q joint in Crest Hill, IL just off of Weber. Had a half-slab, pulled pork, sides of fried pickle chips, potato salad, slaw, and baked beans. Ribs are fully smoked - not quite fall-off-the-bone that you get from a pre-broil before smoking - very tender, flavorful, and delicious. Pulled pork was good but served at room temperature. Slaw was creamy and not vinegary, baked beans were flavorful and not over sweetened, potato salad is a favorite of mine, and pickle chips are fantastic! Decor is excellent, staff is friendly and seem to genuinely enjoy working there. Highly recommend stopping in for some great Q!
