Once you bought the ticket, it's impossible to return or change. Unfriendly service to tourist. Be careful about the bus schedule. Strongly suggest you to check the staff at least one day before your departure, because the bus schedule which show on the bulletin board is not totally correct. The bus station closed very early.

Il pannello degli orari in biglietteria è malfunzionante da anni. Ogni tanto qualche miglioria qua è la, ma resta comunque una struttura da rimodernare da capo a fondo.
