After a long hot day in Florence, finding this restaurant was the icing on the cake. Everything from start to finish was delicious. The food has a very authentic almost homemade quality to it and it tasted fantastic. The owners could not have been any more hospitable and the homemade desserts looked so good, they could not be resisted. Well worth a visit and I'm already looking forward to my next visit to Florence because of this restaurant!

The hosts are absolutely delightful. We had the steak, salad and potatoes and it was cooked perfectly. We had no room for desert but the gentleman provided us samples of the cakes anyway! (Which were DELICIOUS). Recommend this place for a quality food and good humble service.

The most hospitable service, great atmosphere sitting outside with music, not too loud, not too quiet, great food, great price. And again - I challenge you to find a more welcoming place that here! I came back twice in three days and it may be more!

Fabulous meat selection, gluten free options, wine, staff, owner, and ultimately the fiorentina. It was delicious and so tender. Not a single nerve and no chewiness whatsoever. I highly recommend this restaurant and we will be back.

This is a hidden gem. It’s actually in the center of the block and worth finding. Best meal so far after eating out twice a day for 10 days in Venice, Cinque Terre, and Florence. Amazing friendly service, atmosphere, and of course the food! And the price was very reasonable. We had all ages in our group and all were accommodated. Check them out!
