The product is amazingly good, BUT the after sales service is dismal. I bought in Italy for delivery in Italy and days later and after about 15 telephone calls to various numbers and the transport company I am still none the wiser about delivery. The company sent the goods out with an incomplete address, since when I have been passed around like a package with nobody able to give a delivery day or confirmation that the address has been corrected. I am nearing the ever ever again\ point.
Best home fragrance brand (at least in my opinion)! The smell is very natural and sophisticated. The sales lady is very friendly - we tried many fragrances and she did not seem to be bothered at all. I bought oud nobile for bedroom, and magnolia for living room. I also had terre at home already. The mesaratti one was also good if you like something woody, but it‘s more expensive. I will probably get it in the future.
I visited this place in 2013, and bought some of their high quality goods. I really like them.
