I placed an order for future pickup, put it in to be ready an hour later since I was gonna be on my lunch break. When I went to pick up, both my hot subs were ice cold. You could tell they had been sitting a long time. The bread was completely mush on my steak and cheese and the cheese wasn't melted at all even though it's supposed to be. I'm pretty positive they made the order when I placed it instead of when I put it in to be ready for pickup so it sat there for about an hour on their shelf. Also, the way they place the sandwiches in the bag standing up, instead of laying down caused the ingredients and bread to all be smashed in the bottom. Worst location I've ever been to.

Good sub quick and tasty
Great subs. I have tried about if their different combinations and have not had one I didn't like. Club on a sub was our choice this time. Hook and ladder was very good. Engineer was very good.
Great place, super friendly staff and as always hot tasty food.
