This place got my order half correct. They need to work on customer service. It was very poor. Good sandwich but did not make how I ordered it. The person taking the order was rude and seemed bothered that I was ordering as well as the other rude sandwich makers. Unacceptable behavior. I suggest they take orders much better than that.

I love coming to firehouse. They have the best sandwiches by far. The steaming of the meat and cheese really bring out the flavors. The flavors compliment each other and the food is always coming out fast!
LOVE.LOVE.LOVE. Firehouse Subs...hands down the BEST flavor anywhere...always fresh bread, high quality meats...and fast service...my only complaint...not one close enough to my house I drive 25 minutes, passing many other places to get this amazing sub... HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Food was great! I'm assuming the owner or maybe manager was really nice too.
