Couldn’t recommend them more! We had the most perfect 5-year anniversary thanks to Rollie (or Raleigh) and his crew. They were professional, great pilots and all around awesome to spend time with. Best part is they do smaller baskets for more private and personal experiences. MUCH better than crowded baskets with people you don’t know. The champagne toast at the end was a special and lovely touch. Book with Firebird Balloons! You will love every second of it.

Flying a hot air balloon had been on our bucket list for 3 decades, and our last trip to Phoenix was a chance to make it happen... thanks to Rollie and Jacob. We felt safe and were impressed by the attention to detail that they gave to our experience. We had a wonderful flight that ended with a complementary drink and a chance to learn about the the magic of hot air ballooning. Thank you so much!
From the time of purchase over the phone until we landed they were nothing but professional. They got us up in a timely fashion and included us during the process. The views were phenomenal and we landed smoothly to a bottle of champagne. Firebird balloons comes highly recommended!
It was a blast and rollie the pilot was very social and fun. Priced below all others I contacted. And NOT in a basket with 12 - 24 others! I will definitely do this again.
The morning was cool, but we were ready. We were a group of four Canadian's from Kamloop's British Columbia. Absolutely loved our balloon ride. Would really recommend this company to take you for a balloon ride of a life time, and to finish we had champagne and a snack. Thank you Rollie !
