Absolutely awful. Ordered from UBER eats, 1.5 hours later order had never arrived, even though it was meant to arrive between 20 - 40 minutes. Restaurant meant to be delivering it themselves, so unable to track. App says \order is on the way\ and this has been the case for the last 50 minutes. I live 10 minutes away from the restaurant... Tried ringing directly over 30 times, but line busy (despite trying continuously - likely phone off hook). Absolute scam. Stay away! Would give zero stars if I could.
Amazing pizzas bravo! spoke to Katrina she went above and beyond in delivering excellent service thankyou and thankyou to the chef because when I eat this pizza I thought I was in Italy so lush muchos gracias xxx
Very busy and popular spot! No wonder with that interior design and the fresh produce you can see being served in front of you. All those different cheeses and chunks of mozzarella! If you haven’t noticed, I LOVE cheese and theirs is just spot on! I will get myself another dose of your pizza soon!
By far one of the superior pizza places in Cardiff. I really don't understand some of the negative reviews as after my first visit, Fireaway has now become my go to/happy place.
