Fireaway Pizza Maidstone

We tried Fireaway Maidstone for the first time yesterday. We went for the deal of 3 Pizzas and a side (haloumi salad) to be delivered. Order came at exactly the time requested which was great and the pizzas were really hot and tasty. Would recommend. The only reason not 5 stars was that the choice of pizzas from signature range was not that many. Will definitely have again.

Good quality ingredients. One particularly helpful and friendly member of staff. Food was brought out to my vehicle, which was a nice touch. My only issues were that the pizza was slightly undercooked. Minimum flop but no crunch. The name of the pizza that I had, \meathead\, I found to be off putting. Meat lovers or the like is a tried and tested name for a similar pizza. Also, it's not hard to make and package a garlic mayo, so when i opened the box to find the sort of sauce you would get from a kebab shop, I was somewhat disappointed. Overall, a good start to an emerging business. Perhaps more training and/or practice with their oven and more attention to detail could really push them forwards. Customer service not to be faulted at all. I have visual and hearing impairments and the lady working there was more than accommodating. I would recommend this place happily :)

Best pizza place in Maidstone. The store is gorgeous with absolutely friendly staff and all the ingredients laid out in front of you. It’s so good to finally have a REAL pizza shop in Maidstone and I couldn’t ask for more. Great prices, great taste and a great experience. Will definitely be a regular thing from this pizza punk

New pizza in Maidstone. Service was friendly but slow despite being the only one in the restaurant. Pizzas were ok, good dough, well cooked but the ingredients don't look like they are sourced from the best providers. milkshake was definitely not the best. Go to five guys for a milkshake, because it is better and just next door. Will come back if I am starving

My favourite is the Custom Pizza, Burner style with crispy onions. Love the fresh daily dough with hand made tomato sauce... yum . The pistachio space rock ice cream is best I’ve ever tasted and I’ve had a lot! Friendly staff and excellent service.
