I had come up with an idea for a very personalised item of silver jewellery involving scanning and reducing an A4 pencil sketch and engraving this on a tiny 12 x 19mm silver medallion. Could it be done? My appointment with Janice at Finnies was professional, personal, and understanding. She'd never had a request for anything quite like this, and over the next few days made enquiries, keeping me informed. They'd try it! I got it yesterday - it's perfect! An exact replica of the artwork in miniature. If you look through a magnifying glass, you can even make out the tiniest detail. And the cost? Well, it was probably one of the lowest priced items Finnies sold that day, but to me - priceless! Thank you!

Bought my watch from Finnies over a year ago. They were extremely helpfull and prompt at the time, then when i had issues with my watch that were from the maker (bell and ross), they were fantastically helpful, cannot praise them enough for their excellent service. Would recomoend anyone thinking of buying a watch to buy it here.
