I got rejected by the FBI TWICE!! I was super anxious about getting my fingerprints done again, but the guy was SO nice and super experienced. He was super accommodating to the previous issues I've had with poor quality of prints because my fingers are sweaty and have shallow ridges and don't print well. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!! Thank you so so much!

I chose this fingerprint service based on its location. Don't be put off by the old school website! The service here was quick and friendly, and prints were high quality.

The man who owns this one person operation is a retired detective and after going to two different places for fingerprints and getting rejected five times by the FBI for low quality prints, my prints passed with no problem after coming here. He was extremely professional and the process was smoother than my other experiences. He has livescan and ink and paper and ended up doing a combination to get the best quality prints. He evaluated my prints with his magnifier and promised me my prints would pass and they did. If they didn't, he promised to do them over and over again for free until they did. Of course, he knew he wouldn't have to. Thank you so much for making what was becoming a hopelessly frustrating experience a sigh of relief.
