Having browsed online an under sink tap filter kit, I sought advice from different suppliers but only Shaun from Finerfilter responded. He patiently and professionally went through the different options I could consider. I eventually ordered from them. One of the best companies I have come across. Highly recommended and will sure to be of custom to them again.

Excellent products from a great company. Customer service is exemplary. I ordered a filter to reduce scale and after fitting it had an unacceptable flow rate, however customer service worked to resolve the issue and promptly sent a replacement filter that worked perfectly. Great communications and really good service. Highly recommended!
If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Originally purchased a 4 stage RODI system for my Aquarium which works absolutely fantastic, plus, the price is brilliant. I just had buy replacement filters for it and I ordered the wrong ones by rushing, totally my fault but customer service from Finer Filters is absolutely second to none. These are and will continue to be my one stop shop for all my water filtering needs. What a breath of fresh air in a day and age where customer service seems to be fading away. This company does it right! I can't recommend them highly enough and a personal thanks to Rachel for helping with my mishap. Always prompt with replies to questions and has helped no end. Thank You :)
A couple of Months back, I ordered sink water filters and have since realised that the threads into housing are narrower than on My original filters Filters were for a franke system, after talking to Finerfilters I had I realised it was Me who ordered the wrong ones( x2 ) these I sent back as company suggested, and they would give Me a Refund or exchange them. Finerfilters were so kind and returned the Money back to My account I will definitely re order in near future
