What an amazing place and the staff was so kind and generous. I work for FedEx and on route I lost a contact and my only pair of glasses I had with me were broken and I was lucky enough to be right there and the manager was so sweet, she just jumped right on it and fixed them and even cleaned them. How refreshing to still find great customer service and a beautiful store as well. Thank you ladies!!!!

I’ve been trying for 5 years to get glasses that work for me. My eyes aren’t the easiest prescription but it’s ridiculous that I’ve spent so much on glasses that don’t work for me. Sasha is Amazing! She has an amazing style sense and set me up with the perfect frames to try on in the first minute of browsing. The doctors are extremely knowledgeable and are also very educational, which his hard to find now days. They explained the reasons for every test they ran and the also gave some great insight on a few industry secrets. With all this great service, the whole process was streamlined for efficiency due to the pandemic. Everything was sanitized behind me and I was in and out in a jiffy.

Let me start by saying that Dr. Minnick is very a thorough optometrist. She is caring through the entire examination and really cares about the health of your eyes. If you need glasses, this is the place to get them! Let me say that you will only get high quality frames and lenses from Fine Eyewear. The staff at the South Austin location are very friendly and they keep the place sparkling clean.
