called in on the way home to the northeast a few weeks ago and have recently eaten some of the things we stocked up with. very friendly service and the lorne sausage and haggis is great ( we bought traditional, venison and the Asian spiced versions ). all the meat looked great, we would definitely go again

I have been ordering my haggis for delivery to my home in England from Findlays for years without problem. This year however they were completely defrosted when they arrived due to very poor and inadequate packaging. There was one tiny ice pack in one box and none in the other and it meant haggis to feed 40 had been destroyed. That's only the first part of the problem. I wrote to them about this and they have completely ignored my email.
