A great train station with very helpful staff. There are always several staff members wearing the orange 'Underground' vest to assist people. I needed help to put my 16-25 railcard onto my Oyster, so I asked a man who I found walking around (East Asian). He was about to change stations and do a different duty, but he was kind enough to direct one of his other colleagues' attention to me. His other colleague, a young man, put my railcard onto my Oyster and provided very quick and efficient service. There is really good customer service and high quality staff in Finchley Road Underground Station!
