6 times I have asked for a call back. Just one call. I'm in the public service too I know how difficult it is but if somebody called 6 times and recieved not even 1 call there would be grief. Not good enough. People come here because they need help.

Mr Hanlon resolved successfully the dispute with my bank that ignored me for over 1 year. Received the refund requested and a letter of apologies from the bank after few days. Exactly what I expected. I much appreciated the assistance and I am very grateful for all your help.

Should be 0 star. Hi folks, don't waste any time there ! The only thing this service does for sure, it's costing the taxpayer lots of money; but, do not provide any help to citizens. Legal robbery can carry on with full impunity, the consumer have no chance to argue against corporate. Government's muppets are protecting them with an excessive efficiency.

My call was answered immediately with a human voice which in itself was remarkable. Peter was courteous and efficient urged me to continue my investigation to the next stage. Great service!

my Insurance Company failed to investigate a fraudulent claim made against my Policy. As a final resort I reported to Financial Services And Pensions Ombudsman to investigate. I found that they did not possess the most basic investigative skills to establish the truth, in what is a very simple and straightforward case. The 'investigator' was very easily distracted from the true facts by the Insurance agents tactics of quoting legislation which allows a company to pay a claim. My complaint was not about paying 'A Claim' it was about paying a fraudulent claim and there is certainly no legislation to approve of that. In my opinion the Financial Services And Pensions Ombudsman is a useless quango and a liability on the taxpayer. My insurance company which failed/refused to investigate fraud is Liberty Insurance

The most incompetent quango in the Country. Utterly useless. My complaint is 7 years old now... yes 7 heading for 8. Totally incapable of investigating matters properly and distracted by the Banks response by not answering simple questions. Unbelievably inept and still expect to be treated as “professionals”.
