I was looking for a mortgage broker and Financial Architects were recommended to me. I was a first time buyer, and really had no idea about the process at all. Rose worked with me from day one, and made every step clear for me. Not to mention the whole process was made extremely easy for me too. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a mortgage to go with Financial Architects as a broker!

I had my first meeting today with Derek to look at consolidating several pensions and get a rough idea of my financial future based on these. At least, that's what I thought was going to happen. Instead, we considered every possible variation of future events and the financial outcome that would result. I know what can happen when I retire and before I retire and early retirement. Lifestyle expectations were covered. It was a thorough and very informative analysis of my financial life - past, present and future. This analysis was followed by great advice in layman's terms. I would recommend this for everybody. A really worthwhile exercise, particularly for those of us who like to bury our heads in the sand when it comes to major financial decisions and planning. Fantastic work. I'm just sorry I didn't do it years ago.
