Went in to the Post Office today, the two people behind the counter (the postmaster and his shop assistant) looked so miserable and they were rude, no apology for the long wait either. I felt like purchasing a 'I'm Sorry' card for them just aboutfor being a customer. The only positive thing about this place are the beautiful paintings they sell of Filey. Shame about the poor service.

Asked the miserable man behind the counter to double check my aunt's house number (as has been done for me in the cayton branch) to be told "no I can't do that". Excellent customer service.
Always a pleasure to be served in the post office. Ben is very knowledgeable and his staff are always on hand. The ga11ery eleven is a lovely space where locals can display their art work. Sells a whole host of stationary items and where you can do your personal banking too.
