Lovely cosy cottage with perfect sea views so close to the beach and town. We enjoy our week here every year. Would recommend Charlottes for Sunday lunch and Sterchis lovely chocolate shop. Love Filey!

We have been visiting Hope Cottages for several years now and have always enjoyed our holidays there in lovely Filey. They are ideally situated on the seafront, with free parking, when available, just over the road. The town and shops are just a short walk away up Cargate hill. The cottages are very well appointed and make for a relaxing, enjoyable holiday.
Silverline cottage Hope Cottages The Beach Filey. We have visited Hope cottages many times over the past few years. We have always found the cottages to be clean, well equipped and comfortable. This year has been no exception. Add to the control measures that have put in regarding the pandemic and we felt very safe. Plenty of good advice and safety equipment, antiseptic spray etc. We brought our own but everything we needed was already there. Thank you Hope cottages for all you've done.
I would recommend to anyone. Warm, comfortable, clean with excellent views. The standards are high & any minor defects are remedied without question. We have been coming here for many years & are always guaranteed a perfect holiday. A big credit to all concerned in the running & upkeep of the cottages.
We’ve stayed here in Drifter for 3 years in a row and always had wonderful holidays. The drifter cottage has had some redecoration this year downstairs which looks really smart. We liked the wallpaper! The location is ideal, especially for kids and people who love Filey. It really is a special town and ideal for children. For the 3rd year we didn’t move the car. Whilst there isn’t parking with the cottage it doesn’t really matter as you can park opposite the cottage if your lucky or wait for a space to become available. We’re a family of 4 and had grandparents stay with us for 2 nights. There is enough space. Hopefully we can book another year.
We have just come back from our annual stay at Hope Cottages and it was the perfect stay again. It’s in a perfect position and is a home away from home, with everything you need provided. We chose Hope Cottages because of the location. We can park then car up and forget about it until the end of the holiday, as everything is within walking distance - especially the dog friendly beach. It's lovely being lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves, and then waking up to the glorious views of the bay. See you again next year - or sooner :)
Went in silverline cottage, Ideal location, on entering the cottage looked to the right where the compact lounge was and the view from the window amazing, everything in the cottage good, kitchen spacious, it was just as described in the info of the cottage, shared walkways with the other two cottages but no way intrusive, can't wait to go again, just lovely.
Have Stayed in all three cottages over the years they’re comfortable, well equipped cottages in a fantastic location. Would highly recommend a stay here!
