Hideously expensive supermarket. I try to do my weekly shop elsewhere but will inevitably run out of something in between and I shudder when I think I have to use Filco to buy almost anything, safe in the knowledge that I’ll be paying almost double, or even more, for goods. Even their special offers are more expensive than one finds elsewhere at any time. I feel sorry for the elderly or unemployed who are not able to travel afar to shop.

Our local store in Llantwit Major is wonderful- I feel safe shopping there and they have a great selection of fresh fruit and veg and the butchers meats are value for money. The staff are always so friendly.
Everything you need all in one shop. First class meat and veg. Great friendly staff.
Great source of local food but there is no clear route around the store making social distancing impossible. Also in this day and age why are there no contactless pay machines. These two factors make this store feel like an uncomfortable place to shop during Covid.
