Popped in today 23rd December at 2.30 pm, to buy some specialist cheeses. I chose pre- wrapped first and then asked for a piece of Caerphilly. I can’t cut it , said the assistant ( or owner) I wondered if this was for health and safety reasons in these awful times. But no. I’ve just cleaned the kitchen, she said. I put back the cheese I had planned to buy plus the large wedge of Caerphilly which she wouldn’t cut, and left. So, if you are the owner reading this, your sign said you were open until 3pm, unless of course you need cheese to be cut and then it’s 2.30 or even earlier, who knows. I would have thought that small, local businesses would be really trying to help customers during these dark days. I won’t be back.

This a great little deli serving many homemade tasty food items as well as takeaway hot drinks. The people who look after you are great.
Lovely shop with quality and unusual foods. The fresh pasties are absolutely wonderful and the staff great. Give it a visit.
