Always a good time (this was my fourth visit). The Yoga is good, the wine tasty and the llamas alpacas, goats, turkey, pigs and, ducks are always entertaining. Ruby, Robin and Shawn have a great mission and it is enjoyable to contribute to the cause and have so much fun doing it. Thanks guys, will be back again.

I took a tour and had a wonderful time. Ruby and Robin were wonderful hosts. I love llamas and this was llama heaven for me. It is obvious that the animals are happy and well cared for. The ranch is beautiful. Standing by the pond surrounded by llamas was one of the most peaceful things I have ever done. I not only recommend Figment ranch but will returning for another tour soon.

I visited Figment Ranch several times in 2019. When I made reservations for a tour, I felt welcome long before I arrived. Sadly I had to reschedule several times because my friends are Veterans with PTSD. Even on a perfect day full of sunshine, there were no guarantees of how my friends would feel. When I rescheduled, Robin was patient and kind. Due to other bookings, I could not always secure the dates I wanted but Robin found other days that worked. The prices at Figment go up from time to time. Figment is a 501c3 nonprofit who cares for rescued llamas and alpacas. In 2019, feed, hay, fuel, fertilizer and veterinary expenses dramatically increased. Whenever a fee increase is made, it is to enable Figment to care for the animals. Just a few tips for visitors — first, remember Figment Ranch exists to provide care for rescued llamas and alpacas. When you focus on the genuine good those folks are doing, you can only praise them. Second, if you cannot get a particular date, be patient and just pick another date. It is worth the wait. I cannot begin to describe the spiritual bonds that I have witnessed between the Figment animals and those persons they sense have a need. It goes beyond words. Lastly, please help Figment help their rescued animals — through Ranch Visits, Tours, Birthday Parties, Yoga, Weddings and the gift store. When you pay for a visit, believe me — your memories will be priceless! Cynthia Masters Sent from my iPhone

Unreliable and unethical. We made a reservation with Robin several months ahead of time, and placed a deposit in the full amount for a tour. When we called to confirm a week in advance we were informed that the originally agreed upon price had doubled. While we were certainly disappointed with the bait and switch tactics, our toddler had been looking forward to it so we were willing to pay extra. Later we called back and were told that our reservation had been given to another family. We are incredibly disappointed. We live nearly 2,000 miles away and may not have another opportunity to visit in awhile.
