The management staff and the sales team are fantastic! Richard in sales, delivered my car all the way from Fife to Everett at 9:30 at night to fulfill a commitment made to me. What an excellent example of GREAT customer service. AK the Sales Manager was committed to getting this deal won and done and he did it. They were all professional and played no games at all. I would highly recommend this dealership and the team there.

Seriously upset at this dealership, called and made an oil change on my cts for today April 23nd 2020 at 8am. Made this appointment Monday the 13th and was asked if I was an essential worker which I am, took a specific day off get my oil changed. Traveled 60 miles passing many other oil changing facilities. Arrived 10 minutes early was getting checked in and told that since I didn't bring someone with another car I couldn't get my oil changed. That I could not wait on the property and that I would have to reschedule. I understand the social distance rules but NO ONE EVER SAID I needed to leave while my car was getting worked on. Otherwise I would have made that happen so my car would get serviced. Waste of time,gas and toll money. Thank you for that and now I'll have to wait another week to come all the way back out here! How many other people did you do this to? Really upsetting I couldn't even walk around off your property!!!!
We just purchased our first Cadillac Larson’s in fife made the experience amazing! I’m not a fan of the car purchasing process however Alexis made it a great experience! We just purchased a vehicle from Larson Cadillac, and we worked with Vasiliy in sales and Dave for finance. We drove 4 hours to view the vehicle at this dealership and upon our arrival they had everything ready to go for us to view/test drive and made our experience of purchasing a vehicle the BEST one we have had yet! We have purchased 3 other vehicles in the past from other dealerships and Larson definitely stood out to us with their professionalism and exceeded our expectations. Larson Cadillac in Fife caught me off guard with honest down to earth sales professionals. Rob, Terry, and Darren all smashed their heads together and made sure I was going to be able to take this car home. That is one thing, but they went above and beyond on this one, THEY MADE IT AFFORDABLE at their expense, not mine. I purchased a used, not even a certified used ATS 2.0T premium, they made sure the car was in tip-top shape and everything worked before I took it home. The Cue system had an issue and they had it replaced within 48 hours, not only that but they let me choose what my loaner vehicle was going to be. If i could give more than 5 stars for service and excellence they would deserve it. If you are looking for a Caddy and don't go here first, You'll be sorry.
