Good old classic fish and chips uniquely cooked in a old fashioned coal fired fryer and in beef dripping which is then traditionally wrapped in newspaper. Beautiful, proper fish and chips some of the best I’ve ever tasted, this is just the way fish and chips should be. I’d definitely recommend!.
