Hopeless, can't issue a prescription until I've had a blood test....can't have a blood test because we aren't doing blood tests. Pathetic. What are these people doing, certainly aren't answering the phone.

This practice was I thought getting better, but I have now found myself without a prescription for items I urgently need.

Personally I've only ever had a good experience at this practice. Friendly staff and doctors and if you get there when it opens in the morning there is usually no problem getting an appointment to see somebody.

I can never get a appointment for myself or my 1 year old son, even being on the phone from the moment they open but by 10 past they've all gone. The reception is also Terrible, didn't sound like she knows what she was doing.
