The chef is brilliant. He embraced local produce and fully utilised the ingredients. All dishes were well balanced in terms of flavour , texture and presentation. One of our best meals in Paris.

Victor Mercier is a chef .. a TOP chef. We had a terrific time there with a finest cuisine made from fresh and seasonly local ingredients
A must try! This was such a great experience. Real pleasure to hear all about the flavor and things we were about to discover in our plate but also a real pleasure to get lost in it while tasting each plate. The ambiance of the restaurant was amazing, diner at the bar/kitchen was a first for me and my friends and we absolutely loved it. Between seeing the chef and his team dynamic in the kitchen and enjoy each smell coming from it, we loved the concept. Shout out to Marie for her amazing help during the service and Ugo for his amazing cocktails. And obviously amazing high five to Victor for his tasting menu and finding all the best things in France to put in our plates.
Well, easy to say is one of the best restaurants on Paris. And I've tried quite a few in the last 10 years. They have courage of innovation, personality, and finally a great mix of food and drinks in a team work (that's rare!). A young team of enterpreneurs that deserve success, I will go again in two weeks to enjoy again before they get three Michelin stars and I won't afford it anymore... I forgot :the chef is a \top chef\ finalist...and profit of the strikes: you may find last minute tables without advance reservation...
Excellent restaurant. One of my favorites in Paris. The chef is great and he was the finalist of top chef 2018. An excellent choice and a must visit in Paris. Everything is excellent and the food is just amazing
What am expérience!!! If you want to try the best example of the French creativity in Paris, it's the piace to go. And I tried many in the last 10 years... Ready for its Michelin star, original, young French entrepreneurs to its best. The top chef \label\ is a reason to go the first time, but I will be back in two weeks simply because I won't afford it the day they will have three Michelin stars... Rush NOW...
Eclectic, refined and super tasty food. Marie was attentive and went above & beyond to guide us through the food & wine menu!
