The worst company I have had pleasure to deal with, Will gazump you last minute to make an extras , Swerve phone calls, Thomas never replies back to you and leaves people hanging for weeks on end. Allows valuations to happen without formal instructions and will cost you thousands just so they make an extra fiver. Tread carefully when considering using.

Very professional, even during Covid-19 times. We have just purchased a property and FHP offer the management, and they have helped settle us in, helped with gates and codes, and even arranged for us to join the local whatsapp group. There was a small gap in communication and delay when we first moved in, but these are expected on any house move.
I emailed twice in a period of 2 week to get some information about the property advertised but did not get a response on both occasions. I did use the correct email address as advertised on the shop front of the vacant property. It’s a shame really as I knew the property and was willing to take it on board. Very unprofessional.
I have been trying to arrange a viewing for almost a week, no phone call back after messages left and no replies after emails sent. Very unprofessional, considering people are trying to start business.
I had a really good experience with FHP. The estate agents are so considerate and professional. They're more than willing to answer any questions you may have and make it a priority to go the extra mile. I highly recommend them.
