Great food and staff. Everything we ate was delicious, juicy full of flavor and prepared and cooked properly. I have been to a lot of barbecue places in Texas Florida Tennessee upstate New York but this has to be one of the best places I've ever had BBQ! if you don't eat here you have not had real barbecue in New York City!

I really enjoyed eating here. Absolutely perfected cooked brisket and pork belly . I will 100% be returning when I'm in the mood for some BBQ.
If AMAZINGLY GREAT BBQ is your thing, then Fette Sau should be on your list. Dry rubbed and a large variety of sauces. I recommend the ribs and the pork belly. The sausage is packed with flavor and the casing has the right snap. The restaurant is Brooklyn Nuvo chic so wear your best t-shirt, jeans and sneakers but bring your appetite.
Loved the meats, good service, and relaxed ambience. We had the brisket and the pork belly, both were delicious! Since they ran out of broccoli salad we opted for the baked beans, cole slaw and pickles. I'd skip the pickles next time, they were just pickled cucumber only, but the rest was delicious!
two days ago was the first time we came to that fine restaurant. But It is definitely not the last. We enjoyed the evening a lot with the generous service, with the high quality cooking and booze and with the friendly pay. We will absolutely come back again.
