On the last day of our vacation we had to take advantage of our travel insurance and see a doctor due to ear otitis. The doctor arrived to our hotel within a couple of hours and took us to the hospital. After medical examination and another call to the insurance company, we were prescribed a dropper with antibiotics, a blood test and a list of medicines to buy at the pharmacy. The drugs cost are to be reimbursed by the insurance company on return. The doctor and nurses were very helpful and friendly and left a good impression.
