Anything you ask for is never any trouble. Bubbly professional staff when you telephone or walk in. Always willing to help wherever they can.
Completely unorganised, travelled far to view one property. When we arrived there was no agent, turns out they had booked it in the diary for the wrong time... when we called they told us we were wrong even though we had received an email from them confirming. Furthermore their advert was misleading, when we called to arrange a viewing on the property the advert said that it had parking which it did not. The only reason I have given two stars is because they changed this information as soon as I questioned it.
Tried to arrange a viewing of a property and each time was told they'd get back to me - and didn't. Had to chase 3 times and each time they took my name, phone number and email. The last time (2 days ago), they said they'd arrange a a viewing for 3pm today. By noon today, I still hadn't heard anything so I rang AGAIN only to be told they didn't have my details on the system (sigh!) and that I hadn't been booked in for the viewing. Then I was told that they hadn't got back to my earlier voice mail today because I didn't leave my number . Well, obviously I assumed at that point that I WAS on the system and booked in, so why should I? Really disappointed by the poor organisation I experienced.
