Accidentally ordered a few teddies (through a third party site), rather than a single one for my girlfriend. They contacted me that this wasn't possible, and the reasoning etc which was that they were tiny ones as an accessory for flowers (which I didn't order). We changed the order to a larger normal one with the same day delivery and it was absolutely flawless, next time I'll order flowers here as well, I just couldn't afford it this time. Thanks to the kind lady that helped me on the phone!
