We booked a rental with this house prior to covid and were unable to use the rental in summer 2020 due to government mandates preventing large gatherings.. the owner kept our substantial deposit without a reasonable explanation or rebooking option. Very unfortunate and highly disappointed with how this was handled. Renters be aware!
