I wish there was a way to give this company a negative. I was appalled with their services. I usually do not write reviews, but I do not want other individuals to book with this company as I wish I had never done this in the first place. I will NEVER stay here, and I urge you to listen to this review and do the same. If you would like a good location to stay I would recommend Black Stone Bed and Breakfast. It is clean, beautiful, and a great location.

If you enjoy no sleep and do not value your money, stay here. What they don't tell you is that beside the standard rooms there are lofts, so not only are you subjected to the noise of your neighbors between the paper thin walls, you also have to hear them stomping around above your head. Steer clear of room 1319 especially, as the neighbors stairwell is conveniently located on the same wall as the head of your bed, and the wall violently shakes each time guests go up and down. Our partying neighbors kept us up until 5:30 AM. Management says they take noise complaints serious and issue 200 fines for people not following the quiet hours of 11-7AM, our response from management was \we requested they keep the noise to a minimum.\ which the neighbors did not. We ended up leaving the condo so we would be able to have one night of sleep on our holiday, asking for reimbursement of the night we did not stay there. in which, management cut off communication with us. If you're looking for a more modern stay, that also boasts a hot tub and is cheaper I highly recommend the Snow Valley Lodging. Great service, and they actually take complaints seriously.
COULDNT BE WORSE. Only thing worse than the room we got ( ended up being a room in SOMEONE ELSES CONDO.) was the terrible management. Not helpful, quite rude and blocked all contact when we addressed a very polite concern on the first night of our 2 night stay. Needless to say we didn’t stay the second night, no refund for the night we didn’t stay but just cut our losses. People running above us and beside us keeping us up till 5:30 am. We had a 5 hour drive home exhausted. Not the romantic holiday we expected. Never again
The studio I booked was really clean and cozy , had everything I needed and not far from the gondola (less than 5 mins drive) !!! I enjoyed my gateway .
Great vacation spot!! Great clean condos ....well stocked ....big family units or cosy I bdrm units
