This was a great hotel. One of the nicer ones in town. However, there were kids lighting off fireworks outside late at night. I can't blame the hotel on that one though. The manager gave me some milk too

Fernie, B.C. is an incredibly beautiful town nestled in the valleys of the Southern Eastern Rockies. Park Place Lodge’s customer service is excellent, and they are well staffed with professional employees. The lounge ambiance is fantastic, and you’ll enjoy an open concept pool & hot tub adorned with fancy chandeliers! Their beds and pillows are very comfortable, and so a sound sleep is a sure thing at this lodge! Make sure to check out their convenient pub location, it’s attached to the East side of the building. The pub’s cottage style atmosphere is quite nice, but their service is on the slower end of the spectrum. The food is OK, and their is definitely room for improvement in this department. Overall it’s a pretty good place to stay, and I’d be sure to visit again! Upon visiting Fernie & The Pub for a second time, I have to say that their service has dramatically improved! The Pub’s nachos are fantastic and I have to say that Mikayla is a most excellent hostess!
Great location, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Very friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast boxes are amazing! Had a great time in the hot tub. Would highly recommend!
Visited from Alberta august 2020. Great location and free breakfast option for covid rules - enjoyed the breakfast bagel box plus snacks. Could book private pool time - we didn’t use as it was great weather to visit the nearby lakes but still a great idea. Pleasant staff. Missing 1 star as I’m VERY picky with cleaning and felt some room for improvement esp since hotel was quiet. That said I would return and hope to next summer.

Excellent stay. The Park Place Lodge team did a fantastic job of making my booking process seamless and my stay wonderful. Really nice large room with balcony and kitchenette. I will be back!
