Based on our experience at this time of year we will give 4*. We have had no issues with booking process and the guy at the reception was perfectly friendly. Everything nice and laid back. When we went to the pitch we had been allocated, my husband was concerned that we would be too close to the tent on the adjacent pitch, so we moved along 1 and just informed the man at reception. There was no problem at all. Granted it was very quiet when we arrived at the beginning of the week, so I can understand that this would not have been possible had it been busier. We were able to visit lots of places and the Smugglers Haunt was a lovely place to go on our last night. The only 'issue' that there was was the noise coming from the dual carriageway. But this isn't the fault of the campsite....just something to be aware of. On the whole, a very spacious and well kept site which we would be happy to come to again.

Just back from a lovely week here, superb staff and facilities, level pitches, clean and tidy site.

Great site that’s very handily placed for Bournemouth, Christchurch and the surrounding areas. Pitches are a very good size and level. It is on the more basic side, but that’s fine as the facilities are well looked after. We got in with a twin axle ‘van, so access is fine. Speed humps are fierce, but again that’s fine as it keeps the speed down on the site roads. Children’s play park is great and the owners were very friendly indeed, taking the time to talk about all the handy local shops, despite it being gone 18:00 on a Friday evening! Will definitely go back.

Friendly site, great for families This is the second time we've camped here and it's again been an enjoyable experience. Easy to get to Bournemouth beach, Swanage and the Country parks. Food deliveries on site, pizza bike and fish and chips this evening so no need to cater after a busy day. Clean facilities, quiet at night and friendly service.

I genuinely couldn't recommend this site enough.. We visited 4/08/20 FIRST ever touring trip :-O Nervous.. and clueless!! The lovely lady in the office ( So bad I didn't catch her name ) and Simon went literally, above and beyond. They welcomed us in, assured us they were available for any help needed and yes, lots of help was needed!! They made our stay comfortable and enjoyable and at the end of it.. knowledgeable! Lovely quiet site, spaced out, well kept, lovely and green on the eye. it was quiet by 9pm. The children loved their park and the weather was lovely. The toilets were cleaned, frequently. The water was sooo lovely and warm. There were washing up facilities. We LOVED our stay and will be back again. Thankyou :)
