Very helpful and friendly staff. Good modern shop with plenty of stock and room inside. Staff even offered to bring a selection of coats out to rear car park, to help sort fitting for my reactive rescue dog, as she wasn't suitable to bring inside the store.

Lots of choice. Parking available. Friendly helpful staff. Some prices not as competitive but quality pet products.
Not very happy with cat groom today feel if they couldn't do the job should have let me know before charging me 50 for half a groom. Will need to take her to vets now to finish off wish I had done that to start with .
