My husband and I went into Ferndown food hall yesterday 11/02 to pick up the Valentines meal, the starter we had hoped to get was not on the shelf, I asked the young gent who was re-stacking if he had anymore and he went off and after 10 mins or so came back with some, we were absolutely chuffed he had taken the time to do this and not just said no, it was a great shopping experience topped off by a wonderful cheerful checkout lady, well done M & S

My daughter purchased a turkey online we went to pick it up today and we were rudely stopped by one of the staff asking what was in my m&s bag and asked to produce our receipt . She was very rude and spoke to us like something she'd stepped in , there was no reason to stop us, we didn't get an apology or even a thankyou for showing our receipt!. We will never shop there, disgusting behaviour!!!
