I have training with Mark for over a year and have been really pleased with the results. I find the sessions varied and engaging and was able to stay motivated over a long period of time. I would recommend Mark to people of all abilities.

I was the definition of all the gear and no idea! I had gym memberships, slimming world/weight watchers subscriptions, work out DVDs, weights, diet books, you name it - I had it! Yet I was never able to achieve my goal Over the last 8 weeks Mark has come to my house (which means I get a lay in) and has pushed me to my limit. He has motivated me every step of the way and I actually found myself enjoying my workouts! Mark has educated me on nutrition and I have to be honest, although I sometimes miss the Saturday night binge I actually enjoy eating healthy!! I didn't think I would be able to stick to it, as I have virtually no will power, however Mark has been super supportive, and I've made positive changes to my diet which has had a massive impact on my lifestyle! I don't get the come downs from the sugar rush, I have less mood swings, I actually have energy for the day - which in my line of work is essential! And to top it off In 8 weeks I've dropped two dress sizes! My body shape has entirely changed! I have a waist again!! Mark has created a workout and nutrition plan to suit me which has worked so much better than the generalised plans you find in a book or on the web. I cannot recommend him highly enough. If you're the epitome of laziness like me, Mark is the answer!

In the two years that Mark and I have been training together, we’ve been ticking off fitness milestones that once seemed out of reach. We started by burning off 50kg of weight, then we established a baseline of fitness that increased my jogging distance from effectively nil to 10km. Most recently we’ve turned our attention to weightlifting and in the past seven months I’ve moved the numbers on my bench press, squat and deadlift from the starting bar, to 90kg, 135kg and 145kg respectively. With a balance of discipline, patience and warmth, Mark has helped me rediscover my confidence and ignited a passion for health and fitness that I’ll carry with me for the rest of my life. I’ve never made it easy for him, but he’s become a friend and we’ve become a team. I’ve never been more excited for the future.

Fantastic trainer who is happy to work with the restrictions and capabilities of his clients and actually get results! We have had a number of trainers in the past with limited success. Mark was able to train us at home, adapting the program to our needs and restrictions. always friendly, punctual and positive. The result was we could see improvements and ourselves getting fitter and stronger. We would recommend Mark without question and will look to use him again in the future.
