The equipment available will give you a complete all round workout, both aerobic and strength. There is always a friendly, caring atmosphere, from both staff and other gym members.

Excellent gym for regaining and getting your fitness levels to a good level very friendly no mirrors and you don't have to wear lycra. Staff are very friendly and supportive you get plan specially designed for your needs. Great atmosphere.
No mirrors, no Lycra, no feeling foolish. Just loads of help and encouragement from John, Kirsten, Nikki and Tricia. Personal plan and regular updates. If you want to exercise in an atmosphere of friendliness and fun then this is the place for you.

Does exactly what it says on the tin, I've been going there now for 6months I've lost weight my blood pressure has gone down and I feel fitter and healthier.
