Easily the worst costas in Dorset. 3 times I have been left with a bad experience. 1) poor server attitude. 2) My Xmas coffee was served with the cream half melted and pouring down the sides of the glass. 3) final straw was when my wife's take away soy latte was 90% foam. It's a real shame because I live in Ferndown and love Costa. Now I either drive to Kinson Costas or use the Costas machines after Sainsbury garage.

Good food and coffee as usual from Costa. Store is well set out for social distancing and the staff were friendly.
