This is the best Tim Horton's in Fergus hands down. Every time I go there the girls are so friendly and so nice. They made me feel pretty special today. So a big thank you to the entire staff. Keep up the good work!! Better selection of product and the fastest drive thru

Found a piece of plastic in my ice coffee. Called the restaurant and the manager hung up on me after I reported the issue to him
Staff are nice enough, but worst one in Fergus. Carry such a small selection compared to all the other Tim’s in Fergus - can’t understand it with the footfall, and makes no sense with having a poor selection of Tea - what’s the price of a box of tea sitting there - no English Breakfast and No Honey Lemon ... as I say nice people but better to go 500m to the one at Esso opposite Walmart
The staff was really friendly. The staff didn't notice me waiting there, she apologized and gave me a medium iced cap for the price of small. I was waiting there for hardly a minute. I was really impressed. Thanks

I orderd timbits,when i ate at home it taste so gros, and made me sick. No fresh food and worst service. Never going back up there
Ordered ahead on the app. Went inside a few minutes later for mobile pickup. Not ready, and had to repeatedly request for my order. Ordering ahead at this branch ended up taking me longer than walking in and ordering. Wasted my time!
Great service, speedy for drivethru and more importantly, excellent food!!
