Sub-par interior build quality and almost zero customer service. All dry wall is constantly cracking even after repeated repairs, glue showing through tile grout, wavy ceilings, lumpy carpet, very low water pressure throughout the home, etc. No one answers emails without constant hounding and when a reply does come they’ll fail to answer any questions and hope you’ll forget and go away. When repairs are scheduled they want to rush and are very rigid about their hours, so I’ve had to miss tons of work to accommodate them. Multiple times they’ve sent subcontractors who either do terrible work that leaves things worse than before, show up and say they can’t do anything, or don’t even bother to show up. They also hold a large grading deposit hostage until all phases are complete, which you could lose if you do any exterior work on your own property (including adding a fence). This will be over 5 years wait time to get my deposit back from the time of my purchase.
I’ve had my home for 18 months now, horrible quality of finishes to say the least, I also have cracks in my foundation that are gradually getting bigger, my windows and doors have a steady draft, even though the window company has been here multiple times to fix, my rear sliding door has never operated properly either. I’ve had 3 service guys at my house, all with different ways of trying to BS me, referring to Tarion guidelines for standard of finishes, Tarion is funded by builders, go figure. Buyer beware! Ps: I have a lot more issues I’m not even gonna get into on here.
Well worth the visit, friendly staff, good food and specialty drinks. So much improved over the old building!
Some of the worst quality I’ve seen in many years. No joke, it’s sad what passes for finishing here. Buyer beware.
