Fergus Starbucks is amazing. Staff is so quick and so friendly. Always a busy location. So I suggest ordering ahead.

I'm usually a happy camper when I get my Starbucks in Fergus. Always friendly staff and my drinks are made as ordered. I always opt to get my lattes extra hot. Taking a star off because it's so darned expensive for what it is!

Avery and Emma provided customer service in which I felt I needed to write about. I was spoken to as if I was a regular customer, while waiting for the coffee the baristas (separate) visits both engaged in conversations asking how my day was. They were extremely polite and friendly, the world is a dark place right now but these two ladies plus the rest of the staff certainly made my day. In hopes they’re recognized for their great service, thanks for making my day on two different visits!
