The rooms are beautiful and elegant, though fairly small even for only two people. There is no wheel chair access. We stayed on a night where it snowed and there was no available shovel, only some salt.

The check in process is a bit weird. Check in was at 2 but check out is at 10 which is a little early for most places. It could have been a bit cleaner. There was some dust in the bathroom, under the bed needed to be swept and we found a ladies shirt in the pull down couch. There were some bathroom items left under the sink. I'm not sure if they were meant for the current guests. If they are the look old and should be changed immediately. Coffee and tea station was nice, mugs and decorative pillows looked nice as well. The drain to the shower has a very unpleasant smell coming from it. The bed however was very comfortable. The tiles in the bathroom were also heated and is a nice touch. I suggest bigger waste bins if you are not going to service the room for the day. Or leave extra bags so guests can change it for themselves. The town is very friendly and you can easily walk to places near by. The restaurant below our room was pretty good.
We last stayed here just as the previous owner sold this property to the current owner. It was clean & it was perfect. Check-in was simple. This time, as I walked into the room, there was a stale smell kinda like the smell of a teenager's dirty room as if the bedsheets and pillows hadn't been washed for weeks. There was hair on the pillow & bed which was poorly made underneath the smelly comforter & the mountain of stinky cushions. Management was accommodating... they sent someone over within the hour & reduced our nightly rate but the fact that this happened is truly unacceptable. Gross. Once the sheets were changed the air cleared but we had to do without a comforter. I gave a star for the way management handled it. Doubt we'll stay again. UPDATE: Cut our stay short from 2 nts to 1. While looking for a packet of mosquito repellent I dropped by the bed, I reached under the bed and found an empty condom package. EWWW! Really???
Very clean and well setup private room and bathroom. My stay here had everything I could ask for. Would definitely recommend and come here again.
I'm so mad I didn't know about this place sooner! Booked online, received a text with the simple check in procedures and parking. Seamless...especially nice after a long day. Room is clean, nicely appointed...and there's Netflix! Honestly though, walking into a warm room with the fire on in the middle of the winter? amazing. If I'm ever back this way...I'll be back for sure.
This place has changed names and is under new management. The name is Gente Italian eatery. The restaurant is fantastic. The food is Italian and has great food and service.
Really nice place to stay. I came to restaurant below..Gente. Awesome urban italian. I have seen the rooms and they are nice!
Other people staying there were very noisy coming in and could hear everything in their room! Walls are very thin!! We stayed in front room and was clean but don't appreciate being woke up in the middle of the night!!! That was on Saturday Thanksgiving weekend.
