Bought a New Coleman trailer and was happy with the sale and price. That's where it ended. The front panel had such bad oxidation and fading after the first year of use and storage. When we got it out of storage and saw the damage, I contacted the Service for warranty. Was told it's not covered. After sending photos of the damage was told we will look after you but were just catching up on warranty work. I had to do all follow up calls as they will never call you back. July 19th, 2019 I was told they would look after me. To this day I have had no call. GETHITCHED will gladly sell you a trailer (I paid full for) but that's where they will stop dealing with you. I'm now stuck with a repair I have to get done myself. I'll be sure to pass along my bad experience and in my field I get to speak to many. So far they lost a fifth wheel sale and Dodge truck sale to my family alone. Too bad their service doesn't match their sales. Advice to others is go elsewhere.

Best RV trailers rental near GTA. #1 customer service Curtis & Tyla are very professional and knowledgeable, provided us best options and guided us well. We rented RV for weekend and installed hitch on RAM 1500, from start till end end everything went smooth and hassle free.
Customer service department for trailers very rude and unprofessional! I bought a trailer here and once you own the trailer, they are definitely not there for you. Lots of better dealerships out there!!
These guys are phenomenal. We purchased an RV and got an excellent deal. Had a warranty claim with the manufacturer, but the guys at Get Hitched helped us at every step of the way until the resolution of the issue. Highly suggest you take a trip to Fergus and check out their sales floor, you won't be disappointed.
I just traded my current travel trailer for another larger travel trailer. The entire experience was excellent. The staff were all tremendous. From my original contact, they responded immediately and answered all my questions to the actual transaction to the pick up (which include a thorough demo and they adjusted my setup for my hitch)....every thing was extremely professional. All in all the team at Get Hitched were first rate and I will recommend them to anyone interested in a new or used trailer. They say it is worth the drive to Action...I would say it is worth the drive to Fergus! Special Thanks to Jesse and Adrian...we love the trailer...it is all set up at our seasonal site!!
