Hello, We recently had holes for fence posts and deck holes installed by Mr. Post Hole. The markings for the fence and deck holes were clearly marked with paint and wooden stakes. The guys used our marking paint to line up the holes before starting their work. The fence holes and posts were installed perfectly. I sent an email thanking them for scheduling us in when they had a cancellation. Also I let them know that one of the deck holes was installed off the mark. To date I have heard nothing back from them. I was happy with the work. There were extra charges for partial hand digs. Other than that their pricing was good and the work was done with little damage to the property. I can't recommend them due to the one deck post incorrectly installed and no reply to the email. If I do hear back I will post an update. Update regarding incorrectly installed deck posts. We did hear back from Mr. Post-Hole. The reply to our e-mail was about a week after our sent e-mail. They apologized for the misplaced hole and offered to come and re-locate it. In that time the carpenter found a second deck support was out by 8". The original was out by a full deck support. We sent the company a picture with a tape measure illustrating the incorrectly installed support. Due to our carpenter being scheduled to begin work the following day we requested a credit for the one support. The company agreed to this and processed a credit to the visa. Would we use them again or recommend their services? Considering they installed three out of five deck supports correctly, not so sure. Since the company agreed to their mistake and made good on the support, they pass. Their star rating is adjusted from a one star to a three. Thanks Mr. Post-Hole for standing behind your product!

We had Jon and another guy come to do 19 fence posts for us. They arrived promptly, were fast and very polite. They ensured they followed our markings, levelled each one and looked at our survey to be sure everything was in order. I'm really impressed with the level of professionalism I've received from Teresa as well. Very quick to respond to calls, emails and polite! It's always amazing to have office and onsite people who give great service! I'd highly recommend Mister Posthole but don't wait, they book fast! They're that good and in demand!!!
Excellent job. A. Quick and professional response after first query. Teresa is excellent, friendly, very professional. B. Contract, waiver, and deposit done within a week of contact. C. Our dig date was moved up due to cancellation - much appreciated! D. The dig date arrives. 27 postholes installed. All true! You cannot see one sticking out when you stand behind one and look down the line. This is despite some very big trees, a stone retaining wall with some problems, and plants that were maneuvered around. All done in one day in 35 degree heat, and done to our markings. The crew was professional, kind, and fast. Any difficulties they had they resolved with us quickly. They also had good suggestions. All in all, an excellent experience. Very good value for money. Will be recommending highly to friends and colleagues. Thank you, the entire crew at Mister Post Hole!

I am happy to write a review for Mr. Posthole after my experience with another posthole digger who never returned my calls, my texts and ignored me completely although he'd done good work for me the year before. I called Mr. Posthole in June of this year, the first appointment that could be given to me was August 28. John and his crew showed up on time, the company was very business-like in my dealings with them, they asked for a deposit, sent out a contract, so different to my previous experience with a posthole digger. I can highly recommend this company. it was a relief to have an appointment set, that they followed through on it, that the job was done quickly and without issue.
