my daughter was refused to purchase olg scratch tickets by redeeming an olg gift card. She was told they don't do that, and that they were too busy to call olg themselves to inquire. I have since called to discuss this with them, and was told excuse after excuse about them being too busy, and they've never heard of that. perhaps they should look at better training for staff before they embarrass people in the store. We won't be returning there. So dissapointed.

This is all redone station with a Timmy's drive thru and it's the fastest and best Timmy's in Fergus/Elora. I go there daily and both the esso and Tim's have amazing fast and friendly service.

This rating is not the the gas service or store but for the tim hortons inside. Waited 40 minutes for a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Restaurant looked well staffed but for some reason, one lady was working while the other 5 were chatting by the drive through window. Very disappointing because this brings the great service that othe rtim hortons locations provide down

Stopped by to fill in gas and use the washroom, clean shop with friendly staff and quick and easy service. Tim Hortons located there too. Spoke to the owner on the way out, great dude! My go to gas station in the area :)
